COMMUNICATION
Our adjusters are required to contact all insureds and claimants by telephone, upon receipt of an assignment. If telephone contact is not possible, a contact letter will be mailed to the insured within 24 hours.
We stress aggressive, good-faith claim handling.
All settlements will be explained thoroughly, especially ACV figures and deferred payments.
All settlements will be personally agreed upon between the insured or claimant and the adjuster.
PROFESSIONALISM
Adjusters will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
